Anything 'lung', mullein is a safe and often effective approach. Mullein flowers and leaves contain powerful anti-bacterial and expectorant properties that have the ability to substantially remove phlegm from the lungs and mucous from the body.

Mullein also contains anti-spasmodic properties which makes its helpful for reducing both menstrual and stomach cramps. It is also known to be highly beneficial in providing migraine relief. Mullein has natural sedative properties and has been used to to help treat both insomnia and anxiety. Mullein oil (mullein extract in an olive oil base) is a highly effective remedy for ear infections and ear aches and can be safely used with children and adults alike. My husband isn’t wearing spectacles anymore after taking mullein leaves. He’s still working the whole day on his laptop, it’s been 4 weeks now since he stopped using his glasses but hasn’t complained about his eyes. The effectiveness of Mullein leaves in drawing mucus from the COVID patient has left me speechless. Thank you Herbs and Health

The Mullen leaves started working after 2 days of taking it and so far it's been a couple of weeks , the phlegm is nolonger a serious problem as it was . I think after a month I wont be having the same problem.

Mullein Leaves

I'm a covid19 survivor. I heard of Mullein Leaves from some social media health pages. I was always congested and my blood oxygen level was low. I bought another tea after most online stores ran out and it didn't help but incidentally when I searched online I found the advert by Herbs and Health and contacted the seller and the rest is history. My blood oxygen level improved within a week from 88% to 92% within a week and from 92% to 95% the second week and third week it climbed to 97%. I was trying it and it surprised me. It improved most of the congestion and I vouch for Mullein Leaves.
